You have two options for adding LPs: adding them manually or importing them from a file.

Add Partner Details: Click the + Add Partner button. This takes you to a page where you'll enter the LP's organization details and at least one contact. You can also add multiple contacts and designate a primary contact using the toggle. Once done, click Save Partner.
Organization/Limited Partner: The official name of the LP.
Contact Details: Enter the first name, last name, email, and role for at least one contact.

2. Add Commitment Details: After saving the partner, you can click the Add Commitment button to enter their financial commitment to a specific fund.
Commitment: Select the fund the LP has committed to from the dropdown menu.
Amount Committed: The total amount the LP has committed to the fund.
Called Capital: The amount of capital that has been called from the LP.
Paid-in Capital: The amount of capital the LP has paid in.
You can add multiple commitments from a single LP if they have invested in different funds within your firm. Click Save Commitments when you're done.

You can easily edit an LP's details or commitments at any time. Simply click on the LP's name from the Limited Partners dashboard to go to their dedicated page.
Here, you'll find two tabs:
Commitments: This tab provides an overview of all the LP's commitments to your funds, including the total amount committed, called capital, paid-in capital, and outstanding balance per fund. You can click Add Commitment to add new commitments or Edit details to update existing ones.

- Contacts: This tab shows all contacts associated with the LP. You can add new contacts by clicking Add Contact or edit existing ones.

Once done with your updates, go back to the main Limited Partners dashboard, where you can see a high-level overview of all total commitments and contributions.
